Welcome to PokeLoupe ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using PokeLoupe, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
PokeLoupe provides software tools for inspecting Pokemon TCG marketplace listings before purchase. The Service may show public eBay, TCGPlayer, and sold-market references, listing metadata, seller context, saved favorites, rejected listings, and avoided seller rules.
PokeLoupe does not buy, sell, broker, authenticate, grade, or ship cards on your behalf. Marketplace purchases happen on third-party services, not inside PokeLoupe.
2. Account Registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Subscription and Billing
PokeLoupe offers free and paid web subscription tiers. Paid web subscriptions are billed by Stripe and renew until canceled.
- Free account: limited access to core listing inspection, followed cards, and favorites.
- Paid plan: expanded followed cards, favorites, rejected listing history, avoided sellers, inspection queues, and priority data updates.
Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. You can cancel a Stripe subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support.
4. Marketplace Links
PokeLoupe may link to eBay, TCGPlayer, or other third-party marketplaces. We do not control third-party listings, seller behavior, item condition, shipping, returns, payment processing, or marketplace availability. Review each marketplace listing and seller carefully before buying.
5. Saved Review Data
You are responsible for the favorites, rejected listings, seller-avoidance rules, and notes you create. We may remove or limit content that violates law, creates security risk, interferes with the Service, or abuses third-party services.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Marketplace data, listing metadata, price references, seller details, image data, and card references may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or changed by third parties at any time. PokeLoupe provides informational tools only.
Nothing in PokeLoupe is financial, investment, legal, tax, authentication, grading, or professional advice. You should independently verify all listing and seller details before making any purchase, sale, or grading decision.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or subscription limits.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service data except as allowed by these Terms.
- Interfere with the security, reliability, or operation of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
PokeLoupe and its original software, design, branding, and content are owned by PokeLoupe or its licensors. Pokemon and related marks belong to their respective owners. PokeLoupe is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, eBay, or TCGPlayer.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeLoupe and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses related to third-party listings, marketplace purchases, data inaccuracies, seller behavior, or reliance on information shown in the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PokeLoupe after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
